Educational Paradigm Shift

I agree... He doesn't mention that the current education system is also a result of the depression. Before the depression many kids left school at 15 or 16 years old to goto work or get married. During the Great Depression, with less jobs available, many kids stayed in school as long as they could. That's when athletics became part of the junior and senior highs. They needed something to give the kids who weren't going to college to do to keep them out of the way of the other students who were college bound. I think they should put athletics back into community clubs like we still have for younger kids.
